With over 25 years of designing, developing, and implementing professional leadership programs, Holland has worked with Fortune 500 Companies, DSOs, start-ups, non profits, universities, as well as notable hospitals such as New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell Hospital, Columbia University Medical Center, and Northwell Health. Her leadership programs, retreats, and high-performance executive coaching have supported these organizations to increase retention, boost engagement and performance, while shifting the mindset to create impactful leadership solutions at every level.

Holland holds degrees and certifications in Behavioral Psychology, Applied Positive Psychology, Theater, Certified Stress Mastery, Certified Corporate Trainer, Certification in Human and Team Dynamics, Conversational Intelligence, NLP, and many other methodologies.

Holland is the Productivity Expert for The Paper & Packaging Board, Founder of Stand Up To Lead; an organization that supports and empowers women in corporate leadership, a member of Kappa Gamma Pi, PEO, and a past Vice President of Corporate Development for NAWBO. She is on the Advisory Board of Cloud Dentistry and also co-chairs the Cloud Dentistry Women’s Panel with the renowned Dr. Katie Lee.
